CCLA Appoints New Executive Director and General Counsel

The Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) announced today the appointment of its new Executive Director and General Counsel Noa Mendelsohn Aviv.
Noa Mendelsohn Aviv has been with the CCLA since 2002, during which time she has led educational, public and advocacy efforts against Bill 21, solitary confinement, racial profiling, initiatives in support of abortion access, freedom of expression, the rights of refugees and religious freedoms.
